The Wood County Prosecutor’s Office is accepting applications for a full-time Program Coordinator for the Addiction Response Collaborative until 4:30pm on December 2, 2020.  The Program Coordinator works collaboratively to coordinate the county-wide Quick Response Team (QRT) and provides follow-up to drug overdoses or drug abuse/addiction related incidents. The Program Coordinator will work closely with individuals and family members with substance abuse issues. The Program Coordinator is responsible for establishing and coordinating a Prosecutor’s Pretrial Diversion Program, evaluating the current Intervention in Lieu of Conviction process, and coordinating with common pleas court judges to establish a drug docket. The successful candidate will demonstrate excellent attention to detail, leadership skills, and an ability to handle confidential information. Bachelor’s degree in a field related to drug addiction counseling and recovery is required. Licensure in behavioral health or addiction counseling is preferred or agree to work towards and obtain a minimum of Chemical Dependency Licensure. Minimum starting salary is $23.91/hour, negotiable based on experience, with full benefits including OPERS. Full position description can be found here:
